Colors are usually GW's new range or something every range has ( ie. black - pick the one you have at hand, it doesn't really matter ) AP is for The Army Painter, P3 is P3 ( duh ) from Privateer Press.
Oil wash is a mix of Lamp Black and Burnt Umber oil paints thinned down.
